SIGN THE PETITION TO DISSOLVE THE BALTIMORE CITY MUNICIPAL CORP

We come to the Registered Voters of Baltimore City and submit to you, an irrefutable truth, and that truth is, there is something terribly wrong within this unaccountable municipal corporation, isn’t there?

Malfeasance, blood libeling, real property theft through fraudulent water bills, negligence, gun running, drug dealing, evidence planting, extrajudicial executions under color of law, judicial injustice, and oppression, from the very people we elected to represent us in government.

Our hope for the day of this event is that we enlighten you the people, and to remind the registered voters, of this unaccountable municipal corporation, that fairness, freedom, justice, and liberty are more than mere words; they are truly living perspectives.

Article XI-E: Municipal Corporations of the Maryland Constitution

SEC. 4. The adoption of a new charter, the amendment of any charter or local laws, or the repeal of any part of a charter or local laws shall be proposed either by a resolution of the legislative body of any such municipal corporation or by a petition containing the signatures of at least five per cent of the registered voters of a municipal corporation and filed with the legislative body of said municipal corporation. The General Assembly shall amplify the provisions of this section by general law in any manner not inconsistent with this Article.–CONSTITUTION OF MARYLAND ARTICLE XI-E MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS SECTION 4.

There are roughly 328,000 registered voters in this municipal corporation, Five Per Cent (5%) equals 16,400 signatures of you the registered voters to adopt a new charter.

We shall present at this event a New Charter and the Petition to Adopt A New Charter

So if you haven’t noticed anything wrong, if the crimes of this unaccountable municipal corporation remain uncovered to you, then I would suggest you bury your head in the sand and carry on as many of you who are afraid of change are most likely to do. But if you’ve seen what I’ve seen, if you’ve experienced what I have experienced, at the hand of this unaccountable municipal corporation, and if you would seek the fairness, freedom, justice, and liberty that I seek, then I ask you to stand beside me, join our initiative and sign our petition to dissolve the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore Municipal Corporation, and adopt a new charter, for a new day of justice, liberty and truth.
